Whether you are hosting, traveling, or bringing a festive dish this watermelon avocado ceviche is so easy and healthy! The recipe is 5 simple, nourishing ingredients, so refreshing, and packed with loads of lycopene, beta carotene, potassium, vitamin C, Vitamin B5, healthy fat, and hydration. Whip this dish up, pair with multigrain chips or crackers, and enjoy!

[Watermelon Avocado Ceviche]

[Recipe] yields 4 servings

4 cups chopped watermelon

2 cups chopped avocado

1/2 cup feta cheese

1/4 cup finely chopped red onion

1 tsp fresh lime juice (optional)

Pinch of sea salt to taste

Gently toss until mixed well serve and enjoy!
