Summer ice pops on the healthy side…. yes please!

Summer is knocking and every year my kids want the colorful, full of artificial color ice pops in the grocery store but this mama really has a hard time saying “yes!” So a few years ago I started a search for a healthy way to make them!!

Tropical Bliss Pop:

2 cups frozen organic strawberries

2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple

1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut

1/2 cup water, coconut water, or apple juice

Blend until smooth + pour in molds + freeze 2-3 hours or until frozen.

Summer Shine Pop:

1 chopped zucchini

2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple

2 cups cantaloupe

1/2 cup water, coconut water or apple juice

Blend until smooth + pour in molds + freeze for 2-3 hours or until frozen. Enjoy!
