What better way to celebrate all the summertime fun then with a cool and healthy smoothie bowl for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
This new recipe is full of healthy fat, antioxidants, fiber, and essential minerals all that help balance and energize the body! Grab a spoon and dig in! Recipe:
Balancing Berry Bowl
yields: 1 large smoothie bowl
1/2 banana
1 cup organic frozen blueberries
1/2 Avocado
1 cup organic Spinach
1 pitted medjool date
1 tbsp maca powder
1/2 tsp spirulina powder
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup water
1 handful ice
In a blender, blend all together until smooth! Pour in your favorite bowl, sprinkle favorite toppings, I chose fresh blueberries, bananas, unsweetened coconut flakes, and raw pumpkin seeds! Enjoy!
