As a little girl I always admired and watched how my mother and grandmothers took care of their body and skin. My last standing grandparent today is my grandmother that hits 90 years old this year and you know what, her skin honestly looks incredible! My mother at 66 years old looks so youthful and she also has always nourished her body and skin healthy. Summer is full throttle and all the sunny days are here! Sun is amazing and can provide so many health benefits like helping our body manufacture Vitamin D.
